save my project? Yes if you import into PPT to Flash Studio Editor, it will save all your photos, video, sound, music and everything used by your project so you don't need to worry about deleting/modifying file (photo, sound, video, clipart, etc.) will damage your previously saved project. However for video object, only the encoded video will be saved to minimize the filesize and processing overhead. |

| Why my images look blur ? Check the image compression settings. A lower quality compression will results in a more blur image.Also check the presentation compression settings which set the global image and sound quality during publication. |

| My
autorun CD does not play automatically when inserted into a CD-ROM.
What should I do? Windows 95/98 system sometimes has problem with CD-ROM autorun. When this happened, double click the play.bat file inside the CD-ROM to view the presentation. |
| When I imported a PPT file, a message box appears saying "The application is busy" and offering me to Switch to, Retry or Cancel? The conversion process requires PowerPoint application and sometimes it is currently busy executing the previous task. When this happen, wait for a few seconds and click Retry. If the message appears again, keep clicking Retry button until a few more times. |
| When I run PPT To Flash Studio, the following message appears "Another instance of PPT To Flash Studio 1.0 is already running!"? You can only run one instance of PPT To Flash Studio. When another instance is currently running and you are trying to run another instance, the above message will appear. |
