You can open slide properties window by clicking on the 
button at the Side Toolbars or via Slide => Slide Properties menu.
Slide Title
Slide title will be used as a slide caption at the side bar of your published presentation.
Slide Notes
When you publish your presentation with a navigation control, a Show slide note button will open up a window containing this text.
Slide duration
The duration of the slide in seconds.
The slide duration cannot be less than the maximum object exit time within the slide. An unacceptable value will be trimmed automatically.
Pause playback at the end of this slide
To pause the slide at the end of the slide playback.
Jump to the next slide at the end of this slide
To make the slide jump to the next at the end of its duration.
Pause playback at the start of this slide
To pause the slide playback at the start of this slide
Continue playing when clicking on slide
When it is checked, the slide will continue playing (if currently paused) when user clicks on the slide body.
Enable slide navigation in this slide
To enable/disable the slide navigation in this slide. This is useful if you don't want user to skip/navigate randomly by using the navigation button, especially when the presentation contains quizzes.
Transition Effect
To choose a transition effect for this slide.
You can also set the effect duration and ease in. The smaller the ease-in value, the faster the effect moves towards the end and vice versa.
